At Interio Housing Private Limited, we perform a thorough quality check on all products before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, we accept returns strictly under the terms mentioned below.

• The product has a manufacturing defect

Return Process

Our return policy is applicable within 48 hours from the date of delivery for the reasons mentioned above.

Please email us clear images or videos of the damaged or incorrect product at home@interiohousing.com. Our Quality Control team will review the request and determine eligibility.

Once the return request is approved:

• A reverse pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner
• A replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item is collected
• The entire process usually takes 2–3 working days

If a replacement product is unavailable, a credit note of the same value will be issued for use on our online store.
